FAQs

What kind of attractions will I find in the Gaslamp Quarter?

You'll have your choice of many things to do. Interactive exhibits are at the heart of the New Children’s Museum. Exciting San Diego Padres baseball action happens at Petco Park. And all things seafaring are yours to examine when you go aboard the U.S.S Midway Museum.

What is the parking situation like?

While there are three hours of free parking at Horton Plaza, an outdoor shopping mall, the garage is often very busy. Public transit is a much better bet. In addition, you won't need a car to get around the Gaslamp Quarter. And if you get tired from walking, you can always hail a pedicab.
