Information About Our Accessible Hotel

In addition to offering Mobility/Hearing Accessible Guest Rooms, The Dana on Mission Bay is proud to offer accessible entrances and an accessible path of travel throughout the hotel including the lobby, pool areas, banquet rooms, restaurant, terrace and game lawn, fitness center, parking lot and public ADA-compliant restrooms. In addition, the accessible hotel paths connect directly to the Mission Bay pedestrian path. We also offer numerous ADA parking spaces around the hotel. A chairlift is permanently stationed at both pools and hot tubs. All Mobility/Hearing Accessible Guest Rooms are located on the ground floor for your convenience and safety. Additional amenities, available upon request, include shower chairs, portable communication kits, assistive listening devices for meetings – all of which are complimentary to our guests. Hotel employees are happy to read menus and other printed/visual information to guests who are blind or have vision impairment. Service animals are welcome.

We also offer numerous complimentary ADA parking spaces around the hotel. Enjoy our sparkling, heated, outdoor pools with the use of our pool lifts. Additional complimentary amenities, available upon request, include wheel chairs, communication (TTY) kits, and shower chairs.
