Here at The Dana, we’re extremely proud of everything we have to offer our guests. Firefly Eatery & Bar and new chef, Rodney Robinson, are serving up something truly extraordinary for guests and visitors. San Diego’s famously mild year-round weather means that enjoying the outdoors is a given for locals and visitors alike. One of the most enjoyable aspects of our accommodating climate? Alfresco dining season is much longer here than it is in other areas. Firefly’s outdoor patio space is always ready to welcome guests to an open-air experience. So feel free to stop by and enjoy the gorgeous autumn weather, water views, and some of our guest-favorite Tempura Shrimp around one of our cozy fire pits.

Well-made cocktails are the perfect way to add a delicious dash of fun to your dinner. Firefly’s full-service bar features a great selection of classic and specialty cocktails, craft beers, and select wines, all perfect for enhancing your evening. Our $5 daily drink specials offer a rotating roster of discounted prices on your favorites every day of the week — including Tiki Tuesdays and Sangria Saturdays. Speaking of our cocktail menu, we’ve recently revamped our beverage program with some enticing new options. Crafted by our expert mixologists, these creations showcase both our premium ingredients and their superb skills. No matter your favorite spirit, our bar staff can create either a treasured classic or an entirely new sensation around it. For starters, why not sample a Bee’s Knees, featuring smooth Hendrick’s Gin accompanied by local honey and a blend of fresh botanicals? Or the Smoked Maple Old Fashioned, an exquisitely autumnal experience with aged whiskey and barrel-smoked maple syrup at the center. It’s more than the drink menu that’s undergone a delicious overhaul. Chef Rodney has taken the menu at Firefly to all-new heights of taste. Our new Taco Trio takes San Diego’s favorite south-of-the-border specialty and reimagines it as a titanic triplet of taste. A three-strong serving of steak, chicken, and fish tacos joins forces to deliver a feast of flavor. But Chef Rodney didn’t stop there. Under his leadership, the rest of the menu is currently undergoing a complete reimagining, as well. But don’t worry — your favorites aren’t going anywhere. There will just be a completely new set of dishes and flavors joining them that we can’t wait to share with you.
